Q1:What is your products range?
Q2: Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are specialized in PET cups for more than 16 year since 1998. Our factory covers 42,128 square meters. And more than 200 employees work in our plant.
Q3: Do you have stock products to sell?
Yes, we usually prepare some stocks for the customers who need the small quantities.
Q4: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
Size: capacity of the cup, top diameter, bottom diameter, height, required weight.
The way of packaging: normal packaging or special packaging
Material: PET or PP
Printing: if need printing, how many colors of your logo
If you have the pictures of the cups you need, you can send us first. If not, we can recommend some cups for your reference
Q5: When we crate an artwork, what kind of format is available for you?
The popular ones, such PDF, AI, CDR and PSD are ok for us.
Q6: How many days sample can be finished? And how about mass production?
If no customized samples, they will be sent to you within two days.
If printing samples, they will be finished with 7 days.
If the samples with engraved logo, they will be finished within 15 days since we need crate a new mold.
For the mass production, 15—20 days since we get your deposit.
Q7: What is your quality control system?
-Inspector with rich experience will check the quality every 30 minutes during the -process of production and take a record for tracking.
-Besides, Inspectors will check the quality before shipping. Inferior products will be found and throw away.
-We welcome customers to point any third party to inspect before shipping.
Q8: How do you ship the finished products?
Usually by sea. If urgent order, we can ship by air or Express such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS and so on.
Q9: How do you deal with the complaint on the quality?
If there is a complaint, we will ask customers to send the pictures for our checking, or ask to send some samples, and all cost will be paid by us. Once we confirm the reason, the solution will be made within four days.
Q10: Where is your main market?
50% of our products are exported to European countries, such as France, Germany, UK and so on.
40% of our products are exported to North America.
10% of our products are exported to other countries or area.
Q11: What is your production Capacity?
This depends on the different size of the cups.
Usually, we can finish about 70 40’HQ containers every month.
